PUSH Pilot Scheme with Dada South

Dada South are launching a mini version of their successful Exchange mentoring programme. The first event took place at Enham in Southampton, and 3feet artist David Dixon was present with fellow mentor and collaborator Jon Adams. The afternoon was energetic: two talks and a pair of creative workshops left everyone with plenty to think about.

Chapel Arts studios

David Dixon has signed the papers and is now the Lead Artist and Programme Coordinator for the brand new Chapel Arts studios in Andover. Based in a spectacularly converted chapel in the grounds of Andover's St Mary's Church, the project was initiated by Test Valley Arts. It will provide an artistic hub for 3 artists, and be the spring board for a what is planned to be a stimulating and successful community outreach programme.
The building itself has lain dormant for a number of years now, and the transformation has been really ambitious. Just as soon as the builders snag list is completed, and the high standards met, the keys will be released and the work can begin!
