The first event took place at Enham in Southampton, and &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;3feet&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt; artist David Dixon was present with fellow mentor and  collaborator Jon Adams. Based in a spectacularly converted chapel in the grounds of Andover's St Mary's Church, the project was initiated by Test Valley Arts. It will provide an artistic hub for 3 artists, and be the spring board for a what is planned to be a stimulating and successful community outreach programme.&lt;br /&gt;The building itself has lain dormant for a number of years now, and the transformation has been really ambitious.
