The first event took place at Enham in Southampton, and <i><b>3feet</b><b></b></i> artist David Dixon was present with fellow mentor and collaborator Jon Adams. Based in a spectacularly converted chapel in the grounds of Andover's St Mary's Church, the project was initiated by Test Valley Arts. It will provide an artistic hub for 3 artists, and be the spring board for a what is planned to be a stimulating and successful community outreach programme.<br />The building itself has lain dormant for a number of years now, and the transformation has been really ambitious.
